When can I expect my order

Who Pays for return Shipping?

Please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for the return postage in the event of a change of mind, but we will collect the parcel if we made an error in our dispatch or if the item received is faulty or damaged, unless you have decided to keep the order with a partial refund or replacement parts of the received order.

When will I get refund for the item I've returned ?

Please allow at least three business days for your goods to arrive. Once we receive the goods back in the warehouse, we will refund the item’s price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Why is it Taking so long for refund to show up in my account

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

When we receive your return, we will process it in our warehouse.

If you requested an exchange, your replacement or alternative item will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.

If you returned the item because you changed your mind and want a refund, it will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving your return.

Who pays for exchange shipment?

Just like Return policy, for Exchange buyer is responsible for returning Package and paying for return, in the event of a change of mind. However if the exchange request is placed because of the  error made in our dispatch or if the item received is faulty or damaged in this scenario the Shipping cost for return and exchange will be covered by us

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?

Most of the items out of stock items are Re-stocked with in 30 days time however It’s not always guaranteed that ‘Out of stock items’ will be restocked

If you return a single item purchased as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example, buy 3 for £50, you will be refunded the full price of the item less any discount provided in the offer. If you return all of the items purchased with the multi-buy offer discount, you will be refunded the full multi-buy value.
